Born and raised in the Vasai region of Maharashtra, Advocate Harshvardhan Sudhakar Kudu grew up with a quiet but law firm sense of justice. Today, as the founder and director of HK Legal Services, he brings together academic depth, courtroom experience, and a genuinely client-first approach that sets this law firm apart.
Education & Academic Foundation
Advocate Harshvardhan Sudhakar Kudu’s legal journey is built on a strong academic foundation. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, developing a sharp understanding of financial and commercial principles that continue to serve him well in corporate, contractual, and property matters.
He went on to earn his degree in law — LL.B — from the University of Mumbai, and he has earn his master in law – LL.M– from the University of Mumbai, where he developed his understanding of the full breadth of Indian law, from constitutional principles to procedural codes. He is currently pursuing his MBA in Finance from the D.Y.Patil University, deepening his specialisation and staying at the forefront of legal developments in India.

Professional Journey
Advocate Harshvardhan Sudhakar Kudu began his legal career at Devendra, Devashree Raut & Associates, where he worked as a Co-operative and Criminal Lawyer from 2021 to 2023. This was where the foundation of his practice was truly laid — in the demanding environment of a full-service law firm, handling everything from trial preparation and witness coordination to legal research, drafting, and court appearances.
During this period, he assisted clients across administrative procedures, criminal preliminary proceedings, and family law matters. He organised trial binders, maintained documentation infrastructure for complex cases, and conducted extensive legal research to support arguments at hearings. It was here that he learned what it truly means to be prepared — not just legally, but strategically.
From 2023 to 2025, Advocate Harshvardhan Sudhakar Kudu expanded his practice independently, taking on criminal and civil cases with greater autonomy and responsibility. He investigated criminal matters through client interviews, witness interviews, and scene visits. He worked as part of defence teams in both criminal and civil cases, reviewed arrest reports for felony matters, conducted probation revocation hearings, and appeared before Magistrate Courts for preliminary hearings. His work during this phase included achieving results in high-level criminal cases that established him as a reliable and tenacious advocate.
